Soft Washing
Soft washing is a cleaning technique used to remove dirt, grime, and other stains from the exterior of buildings, roofs, and other surfaces. Unlike pressure washing, which uses high-pressure water to blast away dirt and debris, soft washing uses a low-pressure water stream and specialized cleaning solutions to gently and effectively clean surfaces.
The process of soft washing involves applying a specially formulated cleaning solution to the surface to be cleaned, which is typically a mixture of water, bleach, and surfactants. This solution is applied with a low-pressure sprayer, and then left to sit for a period of time, allowing the cleaning agents to penetrate the dirt and grime.
Once the cleaning solution has had time to work, the surface is rinsed with a low-pressure stream of water, which washes away the dirt and grime, leaving the surface clean and refreshed. The low-pressure water stream is gentle enough to avoid damaging the surface being cleaned, making it a safe and effective cleaning method for a variety of different surfaces.
Soft washing can be used to clean a wide range of surfaces, including roofs, siding, decks, and other outdoor surfaces. It is particularly useful for cleaning surfaces that may be damaged by high-pressure washing, such as delicate roofing materials, stucco, or painted surfaces.
Overall, soft washing is a safe and effective way to clean outdoor surfaces, using specialized cleaning solutions and low-pressure water streams to gently remove dirt and grime without causing damage to the surface being cleaned.
